CARPET EXTRACTION:
This is the best way to remove all the all the dirt, spots and stains from your commercial carpet. The process is much the same as in residential cleaning. The cost is 20 cents per square foot. This is slightly less then residential for a couple of reasons.
- Commercial carpet often consists of large open areas and/or hallways that allow for more square feet per hour to be cleaned.
- True commercial grade carpet is designed differently. While it allows for higher levels of traffic with less wear it also has a shorter pile that holds less soil and is more stain resistant. All of this also allows for faster cleaning and therefore a reduced cost per square foot.
CARPET MAINTENANCE:
We will soon be offering an encapsulation method of cleaning that is faster, dryer, and cheaper then extraction. This is an excellent way to maintain a just cleaned look and to extend the time between extraction cleanings.
